How to use ice for Plantar Fasciitis pain;

Over time you can increase the frequency, duration or pressure the more you become accustomed to the sensation.

What Shoes Will Help Plantar Fasciitis Pain?

Look for shoes with a contoured insole to provide additional arch support. Shoes with a wider toe box are also beneficial as they allow your toes to spread out and take pressure off the plantar fascia.
