3 Steps to Using Your Quad & Hamstring Cuffs

Ice, heat and compression are proven to aid muscle recovery after sports of injury

How to Fit the Cuff

1

The Quad and Hamstring cuffs are pulled into place so that the blue section is towards the inner section of the groin with the breathable mesh at the top.
The seam will run down the length of the ITB.

2

Pull the cuffs into place so that they are sitting as high as they will conformably sit on your thighs.
They can be worn directly in contact with the skin or over the top of compression trousers.

3

Once in place pull the support straps around and fix into place with the Velcro tabs to prevent the cuffs from slipping down when in use.

Recovering With Ice

1

Freeze

Put the cuff in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours to freeze the gel core. For best results leave in overnight.

Recovering With Heat
