How to use your Ice Ball

Ice, heat and compression are proven to aid muscle recovery after sports of injury

Using the ice ball cold

Freeze

Put the whole ice ball in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours to freeze the gel core. For best results leave in over night.

Apply

Holding the ice ball directly apply to the area of the body you wish to massage.
To target the foot, back or glutes. Unscrew the top of the ice ball and remove the ball from the silicone cup.

Apply

Apply steady pressure whilst moving the ice ball over the area you wish to massage.

Using the ice ball hot

Heat

Unscrew the top of the ice ball and remove the ball from the silicone holder. Place the ball into a cup or bowl of hot water for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the ball from the water, dry it and test the temperature before use.

Apply
