Put in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Leave in overnight for the best results.

20 minutes and you are done

Put the cuff in the microwave on full for 15 seconds. To heat further repeat microwave for a additional 15 seconds.

Squeeze the cuffs to make sure the gel is mixed. Pull on using the application sleeve
