Returns &
refunds policies

It’s ok if you regret your purchase, have found a problem with
your product or it didn’t meet your expectations. You can return
it and ask for a refund, repair or replacement.

    1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from
      delivery date you must contact Riixo Customer Service to determine the best course
      of action. Riixo will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities,
      such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under Riixo’s three month
      limited warranty policy will be replaced at Riixo’s cost. See “Returning Products
      Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.

 

    1. A copy of the Riixo credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
      Riixo invoice may be requested prior to Riixo Customer Service issuing a Return
      Authorization.

 

    1. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original
      accessories, literature and other components. Riixo reserves the right to reject any
      refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or
      other original components are missing.

 

    1. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product;
      to request an RA number, please email customer services and provide the
      following information:
      Name
      Address
      Phone number
      Reason for Refund
      Date of Purchase
      Order Number (found on your purchase email)

 

  1. Upon written receipt of the RA number, send product to:
    Riixo
    Attention: Non-Warranty Returns Department

    1. Please include the RA number must be included in the returns package.

 

    1. A copy of the Riixo purchase receipt should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

 

    1. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as
      specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

 

    1. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
      customer via ground shipment.

 

    1. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Riixo’s
      central office. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or
      insured; Riixo is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

 

    1. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be non-refundable.

 

  1. Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending
    qualification and subject to above criteria.Salamander

Returning products under warranty

    1. Defective products are covered by Riixo’s three month limited warranty policy.

 

    1. This limited warranty does not cover damaged sustained by repeated use of the product.

 

    1. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product;
      to request an RA number, please email customer services and provide the
      following information:
      Name
      Address
      Phone number
      Reason for Return
      Date of Purchase
      Order number (found on purchase confirmation)

 

  1. Upon receipt of the RA number, send product to:

You have up to 30 days from Riixo issuing your RA number to return your product to
our facility. Products received after the 30 day period may be returned to you.



    1. The RA must be included inside the returned package

 

    1. A copy of the payment receipt must be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

 

    1. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as
      specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

 

    1. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to you
      via ground shipment.

 

  1. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Riixo’s
    central offices. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or
