How to use the gel pack

Three Simple Steps to Ice or Heat your Gel Pack

Recovering with ice

Freeze

Put the gel pack in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours . For best results leave in overnight

Place

With the back brace open, attach the gel pack to the interior of the brace using the Velcro in the desired position.

Wear

20 minutes is the recommended application time. The gel pack can be worn directly against the skin but you may also choose to wear a thin shirt for comfort.

Recovering with heat

Heat

Place the gel pack in a microwave proof bowl and place inside the microwave. Heat on full power for 15 seconds. Remove the pack, squeeze the gel to mix then test the temperature.

Repeat until the gel pack is at a comfortable temperature to wear. If it feels too warm, remove immediately and allow it to cool

Place
